IDK who drinks and drives anymore. Not like. . in the way one drink can get you a DUI if you didn't wait exactly 60 minutes. I mean being truly impaired.
That stupid post is going around about the 1-800 number that does work - here are some better resources. And, YES, you do have to pay for someone to drive you around so just go somewhere where you are going to stay overnight or have a DD.
