A quick, go-to blend is always a good thing to have in the bag! Speaking of bag, don't be afraid to blend in frozen fruit. I suggest keeping fresh veggies because they get real weird when frozen. Anyhow, pack your smoothie jar the night before so you can quickly blend in the morning.
